Pete: Two tickets for Kill Bill, please.

Cashier: That's £13, please.

John: Wow, £6.50 for a cinema ticket!

Pete: All these new out of town multiplexes have to make money somehow.

John: Yes, I suppose I’m out of touch. It's a long time since you could see a cheap matinée at your local fleapit.

Pete: Yes, this place has got ten screens.

John: I just hope the film's good. Let's face it, once you've seen one big-budget action film, one romantic comedy and one thriller, you've seen them all.

Pete: Well, don’t expect to find any arty films here. Do you fancy a Coke?

John: £2.50 for a small Coke - that's a rip-off too!

Pete: Perhaps, but a small Coke is big enough for two, and you should see the size of a tub of popcorn.

John: I think I’ll just stick to a small Coke, thanks. Apparently the fight scenes in this film are enough to put you off your food!
